1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mosaic (mosaic-gen.com), operated by Legaci Labs ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Mosaic is a landing page generation platform that creates professional, branded microsites from website references and product catalog data. The service includes design generation, visual editing, microsite hosting, and agency referral tools.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Mosaic.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Mosaic offers a free tier (one generation) and a paid subscription at $99 per user per seat per month.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
  • License codes provided by agency partners may entitle you to a discount, applied at checkout.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Mosaic for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes on third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Circumvent usage limits, free-tier restrictions, or payment requirements

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide (website URLs, product catalogs, uploaded files). You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely for providing the service.
  • Generated Content: Landing pages and microsites generated by Mosaic are owned by you. You may use, modify, and publish them without restriction.
  • Platform IP: The Mosaic platform, its design, code, and branding remain the property of Legaci Labs. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

7. Agency Referral Programme

  • Agencies may generate licence codes for their clients through the Mosaic dashboard.
  • Each licence code is unique and may only be used once by the intended recipient.
  • Licence codes are non-transferable and may not be resold.
  • We reserve the right to revoke licence codes that are misused or obtained fraudulently.

8. Microsite Hosting

  • Published microsites are hosted on our infrastructure and accessible via custom domains.
  • You are responsible for configuring DNS records for custom domain microsites.
  • We reserve the right to remove microsites that violate these terms or contain prohibited content.
  • Microsite hosting is included in your paid subscription. Microsites may be taken offline if your subscription lapses.

9. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to your account and data but lose access to paid features.
  • Published microsites will be taken offline 30 days after subscription cancellation unless renewed.
  • We may terminate your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mosaic is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legaci Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legaci Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of Mosaic after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
